Feldenkrais lessons are being taught by two different ways:
Group lessons- Awareness Through Movement:
In group lessons subjects that concern any person are being learned.
Through gentle and non conventional movements the students experience better organized movements, improving their posture and balance.
Individual lessons - Functional Integration:
An individual lesson is a conversation about how the individual moves,
a conversation which is partly in words but mostly by touch.
The touch redirects the student`s power and strength into directions that can be useful and effective.
The lessons are adjusted to the individual needs. They are useful for people who are in pains (back, knees migraines etc…) as well as for those who are interested in improving their abilities in their daily life or occupation.
